Inspired by the traditional Hong Kong style egg tart and made with a shortbread-based crust that melts in the mouth. This San Francisco Collection has 3 each of four Flavors.
Almond Egg White Tart

Made with fresh whole milk and egg whites, these egg tarts are infused with flavors of Almond. Topped with 23 karat edible gold flakes.

Popular all over Latin America, dulce de leche confections called Alfajores come in many varieties. At Spoons Patisserie we elected to create delicate ube or matcha crumbly butter cookies sandwiching an indulgent layer of a homemade dulce de leche.

A classic French pastry, these mini cakes are perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. Traditionally shaped like a gold bar, ours are rounded and resemble an ancient Chinese currency, Yuan Bao. Flavors include 6 Black Sesame and 6 Hojicha.

Made with Dark, Milk, and White Chocolate, this cookie is perfect for those who can't get enough of chocolate.
Matcha-Berry Cookie

The Soft and Chewy Matcha-Berry White Chocolate Chip Cookie is perfect for those who love the earthiness of Matcha, tartness of Raspberries and sweetness of White Chocolate. The Matcha comes directly from Uji, Japan.
